Fitness & Nutrition Challenges

We believe in making our community a healthier and happier place. Our office offers a variety of different fitness and nutrition challenges throughout the year. This is our way of providing opportunities to allow YOU to reach your health and wellness goals. We've provided a snapshot of challenges we have done in the past or continue to do. We will continue to offer additional challenges that fit the communities' needs. A Glimpse at Challenges Offered Through Our Clinic

Biggest Loser Challenge

LENGTH: 8 weeks (January - March)

The challenge consists of individuals or teams competing against one another to lose the highest percentage of weight loss for a chance to win CASH PRIZES! All participants will get access to weekly email communication, private Facebook page with videos and content to offer guidance and help during the 8 week challenge, and progress reports and dashboard and giveaways.

 

In addition, companies can take advantage of a business incentive where we'll come to YOU for weigh-ins and coaching.

Spring into Fitness Challenge

LENGTH: 6-9 weeks (March - May)

Over the course of the 9-week program, participants will get access to a 9-week fitness plan which includes cardio/strength/flexibility workouts, optional weigh-ins at the clinic, private Facebook page, enter daily accountability points for a chance to win a FREE t-shirt, meal plans, and live group workouts once a week. The challenge will also include opportunities to win giveaways!

Turkey Trot

Length: 9 weeks (September - November)

Our Annual 5K Run/Walk Turkey Trot occurs in November at Scharnberg Park outside Everly, Iowa. The Turkey Trot will offer each participants access to a Couch to 5K Wellness & Training Guide to help prepare for the 9 weeks of training. The guide includes week-by-week workouts, food journal and wellness tips. 

 

Along with the training guide, each participant will get access to a special Facebook page. The page will be packed with strength training and stretch mobility workouts to supplement your running workouts, as well as motivation, wellness tips, giveaways and community of support from other participants. This is YOUR chance to get access to tools and resources you wouldn't get with your typical 5K.

Over the past 4 years, we have been able to donate over $3,000 to a local charity!
